- BOOKINGS
A deposit of 30% of the cost of safari shall be required for any booking not later than 30 days before the date of the safari, to reserve bookings. - PAYMENT
All safaris must be fully paid before commencement of the safari, and a receipt is issued. - PRICES
These include all expenses as outlined in the Itineraries. We offer full tour packages, and therefore no extra payments outside the stated prices in the tour packages. - CANCELLATION
In case a booking is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall apply:
- NO SHOW - 100%
- 1-7 DAYS BEFORE SAFARI - 75%
- 7-14 DAYS BEFORE SAFARI - 50%
- 14 DAYS - 30 DAYS - 25%
- ABOVE 30 DAYS - FREE
